Steven R. is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and design. At NORR since May 2013, Steven has held positions as Project Manager, Project Captain, and Architectural Designer. Prior roles include serving as an Architectural Associate at Facilities Design Group, where collaboration with principal architect Lilija Gelazis focused on creating construction documents for medical and institutional projects. Steven's experience also includes a brief tenure as a Teaching Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology under Frederick Phillips, facilitating a modular housing course. Previous work with Frederick Phillips & Associates involved a variety of projects from design to construction documentation. Steven began the career as an Office Manager at Lawrence Technological University, aiding in architectural research. Steven holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and an Associate's degree in Photography from Lansing Community College.
