Mona Karlsson

Mona Karlsson is an experienced professional with a strong background in production management. Currently serving as Produktionschef at Norra Skogsägarna since August 2018, Mona oversees the production processes for two departments, managing a team of 27 employees across two shifts, with responsibilities including work environment and budget management.
