Ryan has been promoted through the ranks and has been recognized by law enforcement, clients, customers and visitors for his dedication, loyalty, and pursuit of excellence. Ryan has extensive experience with implementing security programs from the ground up to include emergency procedures, development of post orders, partnering with local law enforcement and coaching and developing a first-class security staff. Ryan has an Associates Degree from Midland College, Columbia, South Carolina.
Ryan has 10+ years in the security industry and 9 years with Norred and currently manage 12000 weekly hours.
