Operations and Coordination

The Operations and Coordination team at Norrenergi is responsible for the seamless integration and functioning of diverse projects related to district heating and cooling services. This includes managing customer relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining CAD maps, optimizing fuel supply, overseeing procurement, and ensuring safety and effective communication internally and externally. They work collaboratively to enhance operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.
