Jason Naughtin is a seasoned irrigation professional with extensive experience in system design and management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Norris Design since February 2019, Jason previously held positions such as Senior Irrigation Systems Design Manager at urban-gro and Irrigation Designer at Valerian LLC. With a robust background that includes project management at HydroSystems-KDI, Inc., and supervisory roles at Urban Farmer, Inc., Jason has developed expertise in preparing construction documents, conducting site surveys, and managing large teams on significant projects. Additionally, Jason began career as an Irrigation Technician at Schaefer Lawn Sprinklers, demonstrating a strong foundation in irrigation system diagnostics and client consultation. Jason holds certifications including CLT, CID, CLIA, and QWEL, and is pursuing further education at the University of Southern California.
