"Dedicated to Serving You!" Norris Public Power District is the proud provider of wholesale and retail electric service to over 24,500 customers in six counties in southeast Nebraska. We serve Gage, Jefferson, Lancaster, Saline, Seward and Thayer counties. The Norris Public Power District’s mission is to safely provide electricity and related services to customers at competitive prices, in the most reliable, efficient and environmentally responsible manner.
