Maya Bostrøm

Maya Bostrøm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Maya is currently working at Norrøna as an HR Responsible since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Karriererådgiver og coach at Bevisst Coaching from January 2022 to December 2022, where they provided coaching and career advisory services. Before that, Maya worked at Dfind Consulting from May 2021 to January 2022 as an HR Advisor, focusing on recruitment and employer branding. Maya also worked as an IT recruiter at Experis Norge from September 2016 to January 2018 and as an Internal Recruiter at Face2face Design & Communication from August 2015 to September 2016. Maya's early career included working as a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant IT at Academic Work Norway from May 2013 to August 2015.

Maya Bostrøm attended Oslo and Akershus University College from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a year program in Development studies. Following that, they enrolled at Kristiania University College from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Maya obtained a NLP Premium Practitioner certification from Ucan Coaching & NLP Academy in an unspecified year, and later achieved a Master Business Practitioner- Endringsledelse for organisasjoner certification from the same institution in September 2022. Additionally, Maya acquired a NLP Premium Master Practitioner certification from Ucan Coaching & NLP Academy in 2022.
