Mpho Ratladi

Mpho Ratladi CA (SA), MBA, currently serves as Finance Director at Norsad Capital, focusing on liquidity management, financial reporting, strategic planning and forecasting, risk management, and stakeholder relationship management since September 2022. Previously, Mpho held the role of Deal Maker at FNB South Africa and spent several years at Sasol in various positions, including Senior Specialist in Shareholder Value Management, where Mpho conducted valuations for M&A transactions and performed dividend calculations. Additionally, Mpho worked as a Specialist in Specialised Financing, handling diverse funding activities, and as a Senior Accountant Reporting, focusing on statutory reporting. Earlier career experience includes serving as AVP of Product Control at Barclays Africa Group Limited and as Audit Supervisor at KPMG, overseeing compliance with international auditing standards. Mpho holds an MBA from the University of the People and has completed an Honours BCom in Accounting and a BCom in Accounting from the University of South Africa and the University of Johannesburg, respectively.
