Hege B. Hopland-Nechita has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hege B. began their career at Betsson Group in 2006, where they worked as a Customer Service and Technical Support representative. In 2008, they briefly worked at Apple as a Technical Support Tier 1 agent. Hege B. then joined Høgskulen på Vestlandet in 2012 as a Praksislærar, a role they held until 2014. From 2011 to 2017, Hege worked as an Instruktør at Spenst Førde AS. In 2010, they started working at Helse Førde as a Sjukepleiar and continued in that role until 2019. Currently, Hege works at Norse Feedback, where they started in 2019 as a Project Leader and was later promoted to the role of COO in March 2021.

Hege B. Hopland-Nechita completed their Bachelor's degree in Sjukepleie (Nursing) from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in the years 2009 to 2011. Hege B. then pursued further education and obtained a Vidareutdanning (Further Education) in samhandling innan helse og sosialtenester (Collaboration within Health and Social Services) from 2012 to 2014. Currently, Hege is studying for a Master's degree in samhandling og folkehelse (Collaboration and Public Health) at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, expected to be completed in 2023.
