Aldan Zhenissov is an experienced HR professional and IT recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Flilia since January 2024, Zhenissov previously held positions at Norsec Delta Projects as a Lead HR Specialist and IT-Recruiter, and at VOOLNA and Halyk Bank as an Account Relationship Manager.
