Josh Gervais

Josh Gervais, P.Eng. has over 14 years of experience in various leadership and management roles in the construction industry. Josh began their career as a Project Manager at Graham Industrial Services in 2006, where they gained experience in overseeing projects. In 2013, they joined Strike Energy Services Inc. as an Area Manager, responsible for managing operations in a specific area. In 2015, they moved on to Lynco Eagle LP as the Vice President of Operations, where they were in charge of the safe and efficient delivery of services and projects. Josh later took on the role of Operations Manager - Saskatchewan, overseeing construction operations in the province. In 2017, Gervais joined Lynco Construction Ltd as the Vice President, before transitioning to Norseman Structures as the VP Construction. Josh is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Norseman Structures. Throughout their career, Gervais has demonstrated leadership in strategy execution, relationship building, operational efficiency, and team management.

Josh Gervais, P.Eng., completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan from 2001 to 2006. Josh later pursued further education at the Canadian Institute of Management from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a CIM degree.
