Erik Floman

Erik Floman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advisory and leadership roles across various companies. Since December 2012, Erik Floman has served as the Chairman of the Board and a Board Member at Norsepower. As a Senior Advisor, Erik Floman has contributed to Erimin Oy, a family company since its inception in 1990, and to Amrop Finland since October 2019, specializing in executive search and board consulting. Additional roles include serving as a Senior Advisor at Suomen Yrityskehitys Oy since February 2020 and holding various positions at Korkia from August 2008 to February 2023, including Deputy Group CEO and Managing Partner of Korkia Consulting. Additionally, Erik Floman served on the Advisory Board of Suomen UNICEF from September 2019 to September 2022 and was a Board Member at multiple organizations, including BioA Oy and Digital Workforce Nordic Oy.
