Mervi Siikala

Mervi Siikala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mervi is currently working as the CHRO at Norsepower since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Suomen Mentorit ry as a Mentor for unemployed young people since December 2017. From August 2022 to April 2023, they were the Head of People at Claned. Previously, they served as the Chief Marketing & HR Officer at Sooma Medical from June 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director, HR, Marketing, and Communications at Seure Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy from February 2018 to October 2019. Mervi has also worked as the Marketing and Communications Director at Sako Ltd - Part of Beretta Group from May 2016 to November 2017, and as the Communications Manager / Head of Online & Dialogue at Paulig - Coffee Division of Paulig Group from October 2012 to May 2016. Additionally, they worked as the Marketing Manager at Ifolor from March 2011 to October 2012, and as the Partner Program Manager at Canon Europe Ltd. from July 2009 to July 2010. Mervi'searlier experience includes Channel Development Manager at Canon North-East Oy from January 2001 to July 2009.

Mervi Siikala has a Master's degree from the University of Turku and has also completed postgraduate studies at the Helsinki School of Economics. Mervi has additional certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google and a Diploma in Specializing Studies for Development Managers from Aalto University.
