Mika Savolainen

Mika Savolainen has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Mika started their career as a Trainee/Customer Order Design at Metso Automation Oy in 2005. Mika then worked as a Research Assistant at Teknillinen korkeakoulu in 2006. Later, they were an R&D Engineer at SWECO PIC from 2007 to 2009. Mika then joined LINK Design and Development Oy as an R&D Engineer from 2009 to 2011. Mika Savolainen worked as a Design Engineer at WinWinD Oy from 2011 to 2013. Since 2014, they have been working at Norsepower, where they started as a Design Engineer and progressed to Senior Design Engineer and currently holds the position of Lead Designer.

Mika Savolainen obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (Product Development) from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they studied from 2000 to 2007. Additionally, they pursued a minor subject in Industrial Design at Taideteollinen korkeakoulu - Konstindustriella högskolan from 2005 to 2006.
