Lysane Perreault

Lysane Perreault is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operational management. As a Studio Head at Norsfell from February 2021 to November 2023, Lysane oversaw operations and human resources, contributing to the development of the game Tribes of Midgard. Prior to this role, Lysane served as Human Resources Office Manager at Square Lab, where responsibilities included advising management on workplace culture and talent retention, along with managing recruitment processes. Earlier experiences include coaching improvisation for youth at Cégep régional de Lanaudière, coordinating operations at Centre culturel de Joliette, and project direction at Zoofest. Lysane holds a Micro-programme in Vente relationnelle and a certificate in Administration et gestion des affaires from HEC Montréal.
