Previous roles include Risk Manager Brann, where Morten managed national fire safety projects, and Sales Leader Hordaland, focusing on strategic sales development. Morten's career spans various sectors, including consulting at Kelly Services and general management at Marthas Delikatesser AS. With a strong educational background in hospitality management and sociology, Morten also served as a UN Peacekeeper with the Norwegian Armed Forces.
