Carlos Neves

Carlos Neves has extensive experience in the industrial sector, having served as Chief Operating Officer at Norsk Hydro from October 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing operations at the Alunorte Alumina Refinery and Paragominas Bauxite Mining in Brazil. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of Operational Director at Alcoa from June 2011 to October 2015 and served as Refinery Manager. Carlos holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco and has studied Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
