Caroline Horsfield

Caroline Horsfield has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as the Head of the Intellectual Property Department at Norsk Hydro ASA since February 2005. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Director of Legal Operations at Inovio AS from 2001 to 2005, and served as Director of Legal Affairs at Tetra Pak International from 1999 to 2001. Earlier experience includes European Business Services Manager & Legal Counsel at Texas Instruments between 1992 and 1999, Assistant Solicitor at Fox Williams solicitors from 1990 to 1992, and Articled Clerk at Kidd Rapinet solicitors from 1988 to 1990. Caroline's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Leeds, a Diplôme supérieur d'études juridiques in Law from Universitaire du Maine, and completion of Law Society Final Examinations at the College of Law, Guildford.
