Gøte Johannes Nordh

Gøte Johannes Nordh has a diverse work experience in the aluminum industry. Gøte Johannes started their career in 1995 with Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products as a Dept. Engineer in Technical Customer Service and Product Development. Gøte Johannes then moved on to Hydro Aluminium Holmestrand as a Production Manager in the Cold Mill Area. In 2001, they joined Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products again, this time as the Head of Technical Customer Service and Product Development, followed by the role of Cast House Manager. In 2007, they briefly worked as the Director of Medical Clinic at Helse Fonna. Nordh then returned to Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products in 2009 as a Managing Director and a Board Member. In 2008, they joined Norsk Hydro as the Plant Manager of Karmøy Rolling Mill. From 2012 to 2013, they became the VP, Head of Strategy and Performance for the Rolled Products Business Area at Norsk Hydro. Gøte Johannes then transitioned to Sapa in 2013, where they served as the VP Restructuring and later as the VP of Business Development. Finally, Nordh returned to Norsk Hydro in 2017, taking on various Vice President roles, including Vice President North Region and Hardware, Vice President Business Development, and currently, Vice President Operations.

Gøte Johannes Nordh completed a Master's Degree in Metallurgical Technology/Technician from RWTH Aachen University.
