J. Duncan Pitchford

J. Duncan Pitchford is currently the President of Hydro Aluminum Metals USA and Head of Commercial Americas at Norsk Hydro, overseeing operations across North America and managing the casthouse products in the region. Prior to this role, J. Duncan Pitchford held various strategic positions within Hydro, including Head of Strategy and Business Development and Director of Strategy and Business Development, where responsibilities included managing product supply and joint ventures as well as advising senior management on business and legal matters. J. Duncan Pitchford also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Virginia Office of Attorney General, specializing in commerce, environment, and technology, and practiced as a business transaction attorney with a focus on real estate and healthcare law at multiple law firms. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Richmond, and a BA from Centre College.
