Kristin Fejerskov Kragseth

Kristin Fejerskov Kragseth is the current Director at Norsk Hydro. Kristin has previously worked as the CEO in Vår Energi from December 2018 to May 2021, as well as the Vice President Production in PointResources from November 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked in ExxonMobil from July 1992 to November 2017 and was the Operations Technical Manager responsible for all ExxonMobil's operated assets in the North Sea.

Kristin Fejerskov Kragseth attended Texas A&M University, where they received their M. Eng in Ocean Engineering. Kristin then attended Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Marine Ingeniør. After that, they pursued a Management Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management and INSEAD. Finally, they completed the Norwegian Oil & Gas Female Future Program.
