Leigh Darrah

Leigh Darrah is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Sr. Internal Communications Manager at Norsk Hydro since March 2016, where responsibilities include collaborating with leadership and HR teams to convey messages and develop strategies for employee engagement. Prior experience includes serving as a Marketing Coordinator at Sapa Extrusions North America from September 2008 to May 2022, managing internal communications and organizing events, as well as various marketing and administrative roles in different companies. Darrah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, specializing in Public Relations and Technical Writing, from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
