Shikhar Bhargava

Shikhar Bhargava currently serves as the Director of Digital Innovation Management & Group Portfolio Management at Norsk Hydro, leading initiatives within the Digital Transformation Office since August 2024. Prior to this role, Shikhar held various positions at Norsk Hydro from June 2015 to February 2024, including Director of Digital Innovation Management and Director of GBS Americas & Global IT Support Services, managing a global team of over 175 resources and a budget of approximately $25 million. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Sapa, SBVantage LLC, Booz & Company, Alcoa, and several consulting positions, with a strong focus on ERP transformations and IT solutions. Shikhar holds an MBA in Operations Strategy and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from the University of Rajasthan.
