Solrun Aarflot

Solrun Aarflot has extensive experience in human resources and quality management, currently serving as an HR Specialist in Compensation and Benefits for Norsk Hydro since August 2006. Previous roles at Norsk Hydro include Team Lead for Performance and Development, Senior HR Consultant/Project Manager, and Quality Management/Improvement Specialist, focusing on HR projects and quality improvement systems. Prior to that, Aarflot held positions as Quality Manager/HSE Manager and Laboratory Manager at Pipelife from 2002 to 2006, as well as Quality Supervisor at Axis-Shield from 1997 to 2001, where responsibilities included implementing quality assurance systems. Education includes a Master of Science in Chemistry from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a BSc in Chemistry from Sør-Trøndelag University College.
