Tone Margrethe Reierselmoen

Tone Margrethe Reierselmoen has extensive experience in human resources and performance management, currently serving as Head of People Performance at Norsk Hydro since 2006. In this role, Tone is responsible for developing and implementing global performance and talent processes. Previously, Tone held positions including HR Business Partner for corporate staff and Head of HR Processes at Norsk Hydro, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee development, and overseeing employee surveys. Before joining Norsk Hydro, Tone worked at Storebrand for over a decade, focusing on performance management and internal auditing. Early career experience includes a consultancy role at the Central Tax Office for Large Enterprises. Tone holds a degree in Siviløkonom from the Norwegian School of Economics.
