Tove Baugerød

Tove Baugerød has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Tove started their career at Norges Bank in 1985, where they held roles as a Consultant/Group Manager and later as a Section Manager. In 1996, they moved on to work at Hydro IS Partner, where they served as a Senior Systems Consultant/Solution Advisor and then as a Teamleader. In 2009, Tove joined EDB Business Partner as a Service Delivery Manager before transitioning to Norsk Hydro in 2011. At Norsk Hydro, they held various positions such as Head of Site Infrastructure Services, Head of Infrastructure Platform Services, and Manager of IT Support North Europe. Currently, Tove holds the position of Director of Global IT Support at Norsk Hydro.

Tove Baugerød studied Economics at the University of South-Eastern Norway from 1982 to 1985.
