Ailbhe MacKen

Ailbhe Macken is currently employed at Norsk institutt for vannforskning (NIVA) as the Deputy GLP Manager and Head of the Research Department in Oceanography. With a background in Marine Ecotoxicology, Ailbhe has extensive experience as a Senior Researcher and has held various research positions at organizations such as COST Association, Technological University - Dublin, Astrazeneca, and Dublin Institute of Technology. Ailbhe's academic journey includes a PhD in Marine Ecotoxicology from Technological University Dublin, an MSc in Environmental Science from Trinity College Dublin, and a BSc (Hons) in Marine Science from the University of Galway.
