John Håkon Vaksvik

John Håkon Vaksvik currently serves as the Faggruppeleder dekommisjonering at Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering since August 2023. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Siemens Mobility AS from August 2017 to August 2023, including BIM Coordinator and Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing total contracts in power supply and acting as the primary contact for clients. John’s experience also spans Siemens Subsea, where service and project management roles involved site oversight and equipment production for subsea products from July 2012 to July 2017, and an earlier consultancy role at NECON AS. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Technology Management from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, and additional studies at Rice University in Technological Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
