Ian Potgieter has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy sector. Ian started their career as an Integrated Infrastructure Intern at GIBB Engineering and Architecture, where they conducted inspections and measurements for low-cost housing projects.

After that, Ian joined juwi Renewable Energies (Pty) Ltd, where they held multiple roles, including Project Expeditor, Claims Administrator, and Post EPC Project Manager for the EMEA region. In these positions, they managed project timelines, handled claims, and oversaw post-execution projects in the EMEA region.

In 2019, Ian moved to Mulilo Energy Holdings (PTY) LTD as a Project Manager. Ian successfully managed projects until their departure in 2023.

Currently, Ian is employed at Norsk Solar as a Project Manager, where they continue to contribute their expertise in project management and renewable energy.
