Gail Balcerzak

Gail Balcerzak is a Chief Legal and People Officer at Norsk Titanium, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were Vice President, General Counsel at Hexcel Corporation from 2008-2021, where they were responsible for all legal, regulatory, legislative, intellectual property, and compliance matters. Before this, they were Senior Corporate Attorney at Barnes Group Inc. from 2002-2008 and General Counsel at Media Metrix, Inc. from 1999-2002. Gail began their career as an Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski from 1998-1999 and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP from 1995-1998.

Gail Balcerzak obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College in 1992, and then went on to earn their Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 1995.
