Krister Håkenrud

Senior NPI Engineer at Norsk Titanium

Krister Håkenrud has a long history of work experience, starting in 1997 at Constructor Group AS where they were a Machine Operator responsible for operating machines for forming thin steel plates. In 2008, they joined Norsk Titanium as a Senior NPI Engineer, eventually becoming Director of Programming, Programming Manager, Process Engineer, Robot Engineer (specifying machinery for robotic titanium welding, programming robotics, and analyzing, verifying, and certifying robotic titanium welding), and Operator/Programmer.

Krister Håkenrud's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Elektro - Kybernetikk & Mekatronikk from the University of South-Eastern Norway, which they completed between 2011 and 2014. Krister also completed a Studiekompetanse in Almennfag at Folkeuniversitetet between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed VK1 in Elektromekanikk at Hønefoss VGS in 2000 and 2002, VK2 in Audio/Video linje at Rud VGS in 1995 and 1996, and VK1 in Elektronikk at Hønefoss VGS in 1994 and 1995. Krister also completed a Grunnkurs in Elektro at Hønefos VGS in 1992 and 1993.
