Kyle Haynes

Kyle Haynes has a diverse work experience in the field of advanced manufacturing and additive manufacturing. Kyle started their career as a Material Development and Project Engineer at 3D Material Technologies, LLC, where they focused on developing material parameters and CAD software. Kyle then moved on to Exactech and Northrop Grumman as an Additive Manufacturing Associate Engineer and an Advanced Manufacturing Associate Engineer, respectively.

At Northrop Grumman, Kyle took on the role of an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and led a multi-million dollar additive manufacturing program. Kyle achieved significant cost savings and developed a roadmap for the transition to production of AM technology. Kyle also conducted testing, maturation of inspection techniques, and researched global DED technology.

Currently, Kyle is working at Norsk Titanium as a Product Development Manager. In this role, they are responsible for customer qualification and demonstration activities, ensuring timely delivery of customer deliverables, and researching industry and customer trends to define future products. Kyle also manages program risks and develops winning proposals and pricing strategies.

Kyle Haynes attended the University of Florida from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
