Brad Arnold started their work experience in 2011 as an Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer at Ecka Granules Australia Pty. Ltd. Brad continued in the same role until 2013, when they became a Mechanical Engineer at the same company. In 2015, Brad joined Norske Skog as a Mechanical Engineer and later held positions such as FC5 Operations Manager, PM3 Maintenance Coordinator, and Reliability Engineer. Currently, they are working at Norske Skog as a Senior Engineering Lead, starting in May 2023.
Brad Arnold studied at the University of Tasmania from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Chem) and Bachelor of Engineering (Mech) with Honours in Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Launceston College from 2007 to 2008.
