Harry Shoaff (Adam)

Harry "Adam" Shoaff is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in multifamily construction and development. Currently at Edwards Communities Construction Company since May 2017, Harry successfully managed a large-scale private student housing project in Tallahassee, FL, which spanned over 368,000 square feet and included 753 beds. In parallel, Harry has been with NorSouth Constructs since July 2014, overseeing multifamily projects throughout the Southeast, handling various aspects of project management such as budget control and scheduling. Previous roles include project management positions at Continental Properties Company, Inc., where Harry managed multifamily construction in multiple states, and Windsor Redevelopment Corporation, focusing on redevelopment projects. Harry's career began as a Construction Manager at Lennar, overseeing a range of residential project types. Harry holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology/Construction from the University of West Florida.
