Bjarte Lochen

Bjarte Lochen has been working at Norstat AS as an IT manager since July 2002. Before that, Bjarte was the owner of Ing Bjarte Løchen, providing freelance programming services. Bjarte also has experience as a teacher at Heggedal Skole and as a Bestyrer at Strandheim Leirsted. Bjarte holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South-Eastern Norway and a degree in Allmennlærer from Oslo and Akershus University College.
