April Duddy

April Duddy currently serves as the Vice President of Real World Data Operations at Norstella, where responsibilities include leading the end-to-end delivery operations of complex healthcare data for life sciences applications and ensuring regulatory compliance across data pipelines. Previously held multiple senior roles at Panalgo, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Analytic Services, along with various positions at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute, culminating in a Senior Program Manager role. Early career experience includes research positions at Outcome Sciences and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute. April Duddy holds a Master of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tufts University.
