Kyle Douty

Kyle Douty has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kyle is currently the Director of Commercial Enablement and Optimization at Norstella since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Learning and Development at MMIT from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining MMIT, Kyle held various positions at Victaulic from 2013 to 2021. Kyle started as a Customer Care Account Representative and worked their way up to become the Customer Care Process and Technology Supervisor. In between, they also served as a Customer Care Business Process Analyst and a Customer Care Training and Development Administrator.

Prior to their time at Victaulic, Kyle worked at Best Buy starting in 2004. Kyle held several roles within the company, including Computer Specialist, Customer Assistant, Computer Lead, Home Theater and Appliance Supervisor, Mobile Manager, and Home Sales Manager.

Overall, Kyle Douty has gained extensive experience in customer service, sales management, training and development, and business process analysis throughout their career.

Kyle Douty attended Penn State University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology - Neuroscience. In 2016, they obtained a Master Certificate in Lean Enterprise Solutions and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
