新皓 张 has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and engineering. 新皓 started their career as a Technology Support Technician in Jiangsu Linyang Electronics Co., Ltd., where they were responsible for PV system design and providing technical support on-site.

新皓 then moved on to GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited, where they held various positions within the company's R&D projects as a Technology Engineer.

In 2019, they joined GCLSemi Holdings as a Process Engineer, where they played a significant role in the CCz project transfer to GCLSemi Group.

In 2021, they worked as a Process Technical Consultant in Jiangsu GCL Silicon Material Technology Development Co., Ltd., providing expertise and consultation in process-related matters.

Currently, they are working as a Crystal Growth Process Engineer in NorSun, utilizing their skills and knowledge to contribute to the company's growth.

新皓 张 obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials Physics from the Civil Aviation University of China between 2007 and 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Silicon and Ferroalloy Production at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2011 to 2013.
