Guillaume Mocquard

Guillaume MOCQUARD has extensive experience in digital services and ethical consulting, currently serving as Directeur de l'agence norsys Tours since 2004, where the agency supports clients in crafting efficient and ethical digital solutions. MOCQUARD is also the Président et membre fondateur du conseil d'éthique at Norsys, overseeing ethical considerations related to the company's activities.
