Derin Baykal

Derin Baykal is an experienced Service Designer and Product Designer currently working at Nortal since October 2022, focusing on research, user testing, and prototyping for various sectors including AI, e-governance, and public services. Prior to this role, Derin contributed as a Product Designer at Denizen, where the onboarding experience and feedback collection systems were developed, and as a UX/UI Designer at Inofab Health, creating a respiratory disease management questionnaire system. Earlier experience includes positions at e-Residency, Aselsan, and multiple internships related to design and product development. Derin holds multiple advanced degrees in design from esteemed institutions, including weißensee academy of art berlin and the Estonian Academy of Arts, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi.
