Ergin Tuganay serves as a Partner and Head of Data & AI at Nortal, where the focus is on leading the Data & AI Practice in Finland and contributing to global strategy to unlock business value through data and artificial intelligence. With a robust background in Data & IoT, Industry 4.0, and enterprise architecture, Tuganay excels in business development, project delivery, and technology leadership, alongside mentoring talent and supporting marketing initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at Novotek Oy, managing industrial IT solutions and business development, as well as positions at Oy Delta-Enterprise Ltd and Elisa Oyj, where expertise in automation and software design was honed. Academically, Tuganay holds a Master of Science in Information and Computer Systems in Automation from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
