Kertti Merimaa

Kertti Merimaa is the VP of Healthcare at Nortal Estonia, a position held since August 2022, after serving as the Chief Digital Health Officer at the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia from 2018 to August 2022. In the role at the Ministry, Kertti focused on e-health and interoperability, ensuring the delivery of innovative digital health services in Estonia through expert advisory on digital tools and policy support. Prior to this, Kertti worked as a Business Development Expert at CoreGrow, specializing in the optimization of business processes and ISO certification consultations. Kertti holds a Master of Arts in Information and Knowledge Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Tartu, along with an IIBA Academic Diploma in Business Analysis.
