Sarah Douglas

Sarah Douglas currently serves as the Business Development Manager - Innovation at Nortek, beginning in September 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Product Manager at Raymarine, overseeing product portfolios for Autopilots, VHF, AIS, and multi-function devices, as well as managing OEM experience and third-party integrations. Sarah previously held the position of Key Account Manager at OceanLED, focusing on business development and account management across European and global territories, in addition to project management and marketing strategy contributions. Earlier experience includes account management roles at Survitec Group Ltd. and Crewsaver, as well as recruitment and consulting roles at Only Medics. Sarah holds a degree in Combined Honours in Politics and Spanish from the University of Exeter.
