Mark Haarmann currently serves as the Engineering Manager for Cooling Systems at Nortek Global HVAC, overseeing design and modeling engineers engaged in sustaining activities and the development of new residential cooling DX systems since February 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Nortek, where responsibilities included managing project schedules and collaborating with cross-functional teams, and as a Project Engineer at Wiegmann Associates, focusing on HVAC system design for commercial and industrial applications. Mark's engineering background is further augmented by internships at Nordyne and True Manufacturing, where Mark contributed to testing appliance design, created control board logic diagrams, and enhanced refrigeration performance. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, earned in 2013.
