Edward J. Cooney

Edward J. Cooney has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Nortek since August 2001. Prior to this role, Edward Cooney worked at Amtrol, Inc., first as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 1998 to 2000, and earlier as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1978 to 2000. Edward Cooney began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co., where the position held was Manager from 1969 to 1978.
