I Ahmed

I Ahmed is a seasoned Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst with extensive experience in managing Salesforce platforms and business processes. Currently, at Nortek since February 2020, I Ahmed oversees user management, security settings, and system configuration while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Previous roles at AT&T involved analysis, design, and implementation of Salesforce applications, while at Express Scripts, I Ahmed facilitated group discussions to elicit requirements and developed application prototypes as proof of concept. I Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Preston Institute of Management and Sciences and Technology, completed in 2006.
