Ingrid van den Berg has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ingrid started their career at Unilever in 2000 as a Management Trainee and subsequently held various roles such as Production Manager, Technical Contact Manager, Factory Manager, and Program Manager. In 2011, they joined Bonduelle as a Customer Service Manager, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, Ingrid has been working at Nortera, initially as a Plant Manager and currently as the Director of Operations Ontario/Alberta.
Ingrid van den Berg attended the Eindhoven University of Technology from 1994 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde with a focus on Operations Management and Logistics. Additionally, they studied Industrial Engineering and Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin until 1997.
