Mike Raper

Mike Raper is an experienced professional in the actionsports industry with a robust background in brand management, commercial strategy, and sales. Currently serving as Brand Director for North Actionsports Group since June 2018, Mike is responsible for the profitability and management of the North Kiteboarding and North Foils brands. Prior to this role, Mike held several key positions at Pryde Group from 2000 to 2018, including Commercial Division Manager for NeilPryde OneDesign Kites, where specialization in kiteboarding and kite foil racing was paramount. Mike also contributed to the commercial growth of Cabrinha Kites International and increased sales turnover significantly during tenure as Sales Manager. Earlier career experiences include owning a distribution company and working in retail sales. Mike holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the University of Canterbury and has a background in Arts and Commerce from Christ's College Christchurch.
