Shane Herrmann

Shane Herrmann has a diverse work experience, starting as a Sports Editor for _The Journal Record_ where they covered sports for several high schools in Marion County. Shane also reported on local crime beats and town council meetings. Herrmann then served as a Sports Information Graduate Assistant at Jacksonville State University, where they were responsible for the Gamecocks women's soccer team, as well as assisting with JSU baseball. Following that, they worked as an Associate Sports Information Director at the University of North Alabama for almost two decades. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Communications and Marketing at North Alabama Medical Center.

Shane Herrmann completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Arts (Public Relations) from the University of North Alabama, studying from 1995 to 1999.
