Marijane Treacy

Marijane Treacy has extensive work experience in human resources and employee relations. Marijane is currently the Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at North Allegheny School District, a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at PROMARK Company from January 2020 to December 2021, where they provided strategic coaching and training services. From 2011 to 2019, Marijane served as the Corporate Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Highmark Health, where they managed the daily operations of the employee and labor relations function. Before that, they worked as a Partner at Schutjer Bogar LLC from 2006 to 2010 and as a Senior Associate at Jackson Lewis LLP from 1999 to 2006. In these roles, they developed and implemented risk mitigation strategies, provided counseling and training, and worked with all levels of management to achieve desired outcomes.

Marijane Treacy obtained their Juris Doctor degree with honors from Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Marijane Treacy also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2019.
